Some of our favorite memories have come from the moments we never planned—the family-run restaurant tucked down a quiet side street, conversations with locals over a glass of wine, or watching our children experience a new place with fresh eyes.

Over the years, travel has taken us across Europe, Central America, Asia and beyond. It even led us to a small corner of Nicaragua that eventually became our second home. Every trip has taught us something new about the world and about ourselves.
